Branch Manager / General Manager - Lumber and Building Materials Location: Lehigh Valley, PA area Our client is one of the most well-respected and large privately-held lumber and building materials dealers in the US. They are looking for a proven leader for one of their fastest growing locations. Are you an experienced Manager in the LBM, Building Products, or Construction Supply space? A strong leader who is comfortable setting and achieving goals An excellent communicator and collaborator A high level of comfort managing experienced professionals, supervisors, and managers The experience we’d love to see: Past experience and success in both sales and operations leadership - ideally in the lumber, building materials, or adjacent industry. Past experience with full profit and loss accountability for a location/facility doing in excess of $10 Million in sales At least 5 years of management or leadership experience in LBM or related industry Success achieving both sales goals and bottom line targets What you’ll get to do: You’ll function as the General Manager with full profit and loss responsibility for a location doing over $20 Million in sales with potential to double in size and become a flagship location for the company. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 20 people You’ll have the opportunity to continue to grow a team and location that has experienced massive growth and success over the past 8 years Why You Want This Opportunity: The compensation plan includes a strong base salary as well as a healthy bonus opportunity.
