What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrative Assistant position at Bureau for Social Services?
General Description: Under general supervision, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant performs basic level Human Resources tasks in the McDowell/Wyoming counties for the Bureau for Social Services. This position will provide assistance to new and tenured staff including preparing documents for the new hire process, new employee orientation, UKG timecard auditing, creating and maintaining various tracking logs and acts as the liaison between the district office, the Bureau for Social Services HR staff and the Office of Human Resources Management. Other duties may be assigned. This position may require travel between the individual counties in the district.
Counties of work: McDowell/Wyoming Counties
Minimum Qualifications:
Training: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience: One year of full-time or part-time equivalent paid clerical or secretarial experience.
