Summary
The Mulligans attendant is responsible for all food and beverage service at our on-course food and drink station. This includes but is not limited to stocking each day, serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks, rotating inventory and serving food, knowledge of all products being offered, and taking member numbers and payments.
Job Description
- Stocking of Mulligans at the beginning of each shift
- Responsible serving of alcohol
- Serving a wide variety of food and snack options
- Interact with membership, including greeting members by name.
- Knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, as well as how to make basic mixed drinks.
- Perform all closing duties, including cleaning Mulligans each night, closing properly, and filling out requisition sheet.
- Working with Front of House Operations Manager to prepare for each day.
- Working as a team player with members of the maintenance, clubhouse, and membership.
- Properly representing Burlington Country Club.
- Possesses strong social skills to interact with the diverse membership needs.
- Able to resolve customer concerns and report to a supervisor when necessary.
Licensing Requirements
- DLC Certification
- 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Hospitality/servicing experience preferred.
- Customer Services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Possesses strong social skills to interact with the diverse membership needs.
- Able to resolve customer concerns.
- Proficient communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Employment Definition
· Title: Mulligans Attendant
· Direct Report: Front of House Operations Manager
· Compensation: Hourly Service Fee Pool
· Work Schedule: Variable Monday-Sunday.
