About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Press Assistant - Processor to join our team in the screen printing industry. As a Press Assistant - Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our press machines and maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is a full-time position located in Racine, WI.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating press machines
- Experience in the printing or packaging industry
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with quality control processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain press machines to ensure efficient production
