Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience operating and maintaining presses
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with computer-controlled presses
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
