Laborer
Wages range between, $19.00 - $24.00 Per hour,
depending on job responsibilities and experience.
Minimum qualifications include:
· Great communication skills and the ability to take instruction
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to read construction plans
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Experience running equipment: Skid loader, mini excavator, etc.
· Clean driving record and can pass a DOT physical
· Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus
· Demonstrate professional behavior while on the job site
ANY POOL BUILDING, CONCRETE FINISHING, CONSTRUCTION, MASON, OR PLUMBING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL!
The typical swimming pool building season in Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania is March – December due to weather, a 2–4-month layoff is typical.
