Accounting Clerk - Law Firm Experience Needed
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Clerk with 2 years of experience in billing and new matter intake within a fast-paced law firm environment. The successful candidate will possess professionalism, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial processes, maintaining organized records, and contributing to the seamless functioning of the firm.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities : New Matter Intake :
- Review a high volume of new mater forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter new client / mater information into Juris, ensuring accurate completion of all client / mater fields.
- Effect changes to client and mater records as requested, obtaining necessary approvals.
