Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by managing personal injury cases, providing administrative assistance, and facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as many clients are Spanish-speaking.
Key Responsibilities :
Case Management :
Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
Client Communication :
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Litigation Support :
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to collect records, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes.
Administrative Duties :
File legal documents with courts and government agencies.
