We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas! Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role provides comprehensive support and serves as the primary point of contact for the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a mission-driven, results-oriented environment and possess excellent judgment, communication, organizational skills, and social media experience. As the Administrative Assistant, you will manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and communication for the Office Manager. You'll handle tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, organizing meetings and events, and maintaining office systems like document and contact management. In addition to general office duties such as greeting visitors and managing mail, you will oversee the organization's social media accounts, support donor and funder relations, and manage office supplies and IT infrastructure. The ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality is crucial. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements :

Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30PM
