Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our firm's digital presence. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and professional outreach. The ideal candidate is highly organized and innovative and understands digital marketing trends, content creation, and brand management.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include all responsibilities of a Social Media and Marketing Specialist, in addition to the following. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media content strategies aligned with the Firm's branding and marketing goals
- Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy tailored for a law firm to increase engagement and firm visibility
- Capture, edit, and publish engaging content, including video and photo posts, for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms assigned
- Travel to different Firm locations to create and collect media content such as firm updates, attorney highlights, and event coverage
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track analytics to optimize content strategies
- Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices to ensure the Firm maintains an active and engaging online presence
- Collaborate with all staff to develop content that reflects the Firm's culture, achievements, and client-focused initiatives
- Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize social media activities in advance
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities, but the role requires collaboration with various teams and departments.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong video editing and content creation skills (experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with leadership and Firm Staff
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
