JOB TITLE: Seasonal Pool Front Desk Attendant
REPORTS TO: Director of Aquatics
COMPENSATION: Hourly/Part-time/Seasonal
BENEFITS: Meals, paid time off, and golf privileges for full time employees.
Job Requirement: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays from May to the end of September.
As a Front Desk Agent for our Aquatics department, you will be the first point of contact for our Club – a smile and warm welcome are expected when greeting our members and guests. This position acts as an ambassador for our Club brand by maintaining a professional presence at the Aquatics’ entrance (Reception / Lobby area), responding professionally to all phone inquiries, and performing various administrative duties in support of the reservation, booking, preparation, and hosting of Club member social and dining events.
The Essentials
- Answer multiline telephones, screen, and transfer calls as needed.
- Take messages and relay messages most politely and professionally.
- Greet guests and members as they enter the building.
- Check in all members and guests.
- Direct guests and members to their destinations when needed.
- Draft and send professional email correspondence to internal and external accounts.
- Organizes and maintains the Aquatics office, lobby, and reception area.

The Standards
- Hospitality or Aquatics industry experience preferred.
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Windows; Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and an ability to prioritize timesensitive tasks
- Very strong listening skills
