Job Overview
We are seeking a long-term, highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day.
- Ensure that all patient information is handled confidentially and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff or other departments as necessary to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is desirable.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is an advantage but not mandatory.
