What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Live Your Life Integrated Health and Chiropractic?
Office Admin/Reception
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 16-20 hours per week. We are looking for someone to run the front desk on M, T, W, and Th from 2-6 PM and every other Saturday from 9:30 AM - 12:30. (There is potentially some minor flexibility on timing of those hours based on your needs.)
We currently have an exceptional group of health practitioners, and now would like to increase our administrative staff to keep everything running smoothly! There is lots of room for growth in this position, and we hope to add someone into our long-term family!

As an admin/receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:
Basics:
- Greet and register patients in a prompt, pleasant manner, verifying and recording necessary information
- Answer telephone calls, return calls, provide information on services and pricing to patients, and relay necessary information to health practitioners
- Collect co-pays, self-pays, and payments on accounts
- Schedule appointments
- Open, read, and distribute office e-mails
- Keeping practitioner schedules up-to-date
Marketing (Possible responsibilities if team member is interested)
- Possible marketing/networking events that take place on Saturday (We normally do 6-10 events throughout the community per year)
- General Community Outreach (Stopping by local businesses, town events, chamber meetings, etc)
