Large, well-established asset management company in Dallas seeks Senior Corporate Paralegal for hybrid position, working 3-4 days in office. Paralegal should have 4-5 years of stable experience focusing on : comprehensive review and negotiation of contracts, NDAs, corporate agreements and transactional documents; complex corporate structuring and preparation of organizational and governing documents (including operating agreements, resolutions, incumbency certificates, etc.) for corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies; coordinating pending litigation with counsel and insurance carriers; record maintenance and organization across the real estate fund platforms.
