This remote role requires up to 75% travel, and candidates must reside within the assigned territory. The volume of overnight travel is dependent on where you live.

What You’ll Do
- Own and grow your territory, driving new business and maintaining key relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and end users.
- Strategically plan and execute face-to-face customer visits.
- Manage top-tier accounts and build a target account plan.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to close deals and support customers.
- Keep accurate CRM and account records.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with capital or industrial equipment.
- Industry knowledge in food processing, chemical, pharma, or aerospace is a plus mechanical or technical aptitude is key.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- High professional acumen with negotiation savvy.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in the territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a 9-panel drug screen and 7-year background check.
- Willing to use required PPE and maintain company vehicle/equipment.
