Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project lifecycle stages and objectives.
- Implement a Configuration Management plan to track and manage system changes, maintaining a documented history of architecture, hardware, and software adjustments.
- Utilize project management tools such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis to monitor project progress and identify variances.
- Collect, analyze, and report project performance data and metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clear interpretation of stakeholder needs and project updates.
- Contribute to new business proposals by recommending scheduling methodologies and developing IMP/IMS strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or related tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Foundational knowledge of program management processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt).
- Familiarity with aerospace hardware design and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Schedule Health Analysis tools, Schedule Risk Assessment tools, and EVMS guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create visual metrics and dashboards.
- Proficiency in facilitating resource leveling and resolving critical path conflicts.
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
