BCT is in search of an IT Support Technician in Plano, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity responsible for responding to requests via email, phone, and ticket submissions. Technicians will review requests and either resolve to completion or elevate to the appropriate party. This role is essential for day-day operations and elevating larger concerns impacting the overall business.
SALARY OFFERED: Up to $25/HR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Triage and resolve tickets in the queue.
- Elevate concerns or broad issues to management.
- Respond to all requests within SLA timeframes, dependent on ticket severity.
- Maintain operational responsibilities.
- Adhere to policy and processes. Professionally saying “no” where appropriate.
- Triage and resolve tickets in the queue.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Suggest and upon approval, implement changes to enhance our systems and process within ticketing system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
