Business Debt Adjusters (BDA) is a company that specializes in settling Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) debts. We are currently seeking entry-level and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representatives for remote or hybrid positions. As a result of the current economic conditions, we are experiencing significant growth and are actively seeking individuals to join our family as we expand our outbound tele sales team.
BDA is not a debt collection agency - our focus is qualifying struggling businesses for our hardship relief program. We are offering new recruits the opportunity to work remotely from home or in a hybrid environment while being developed by top-notch sales trainers. After training, this entry-level position offers the potential to earn a six-figure salary and we only promote from within with a minimum employment requirement of 6 months.
We offer a comprehensive package that includes everything you need to be successful, including leads, systems, full-time trainers, and daily training sessions, among other things! Our sales team consists of over 200 hybrid reps, and we have already trained thousands of representatives with great success. You can earn both a bonus and commission in our payment system, with commissions providing the larger income potential. The ideal candidate should have:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM
- 2 years of telephone sales experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
Position Requirements:
- Full-time availability for the first 30 days of employment
- The ability to commute to the New Jersey office location (400 Sylvan Avenue Englewood Cliffs, NJ) Tuesday through Thursday
- Availability to work Monday to Friday on Eastern Standard Time
- Possession of a laptop or desktop that is compatible with both Windows and Mac (for remote work)
- A reliable and stable internet connection (for remote work)
- Possession of a noise-reduction headset for clear communication (for remote work)
