Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of feed production, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management
- Supervise and train staff on feed production processes and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
- Oversee maintenance and repair of feed mill equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize feed production efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in a feed mill or related agricultural environment
- Knowledge of commercial driving, forklift operation, and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with food processing, tanker operations, and mechanical systems
- Ability to fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to work with a diverse team
