REQUIRED:
* Bachelors Degree
* 5 years of Human Resources experience
* Strong knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements and other laws affecting benefit programs including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, DOL requirements.
*Retirement plan administration experience. Well versed in Excel and familiar with regulations/compliance (ERISA, ACA, Non-Discrimination Testing, audits, etc.).
* Proficiency in HRIS applications
* Open enrollment experience
* Outsourced vendor project management experience
PREFERRED:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) is strongly preferred
* CBP or CEBS preferred
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.36 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
