What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Business Office - Henderson NV?

We’re looking for a professional, proactive, energetic, highly organized administrative assistant to play a key role in growing our team. Familiarity in financial space is a plus.

You’ll be responsible for assisting the CEO and providing support to our team members with administrative duties including but not limited to management of systems, organization, LOS system, and basic marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the business as well as ensuring adequate office tools and supplies
  • Answering office phone and taking and responding to messages
  • Scheduling appointments and showings follow-up
  • Management and maintenance of CRM database/LOS ARIVE system – pulling credit, updating records and ensuring accuracy
  • Provide assistance with marketing (flyers, email, mailing campaigns)
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Coordinate with our vendors
  • Track and manage the website reviews and audience
  • Request reviews and referrals for the business from past clients
  • Assist with the coordination of team and client events (training, conferences, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of experience as an receptionist/ administrative assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
  • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
  • Spanish speaking is required
