Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Messaging
- Develop and oversee a multi-channel content strategy aligned with business goals, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Define and maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and positioning across all content.
- Work with copywriters and designers to craft compelling headlines, messaging frameworks, and high-converting visuals that resonate with real estate investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
Multi-Channel Content Development
- Plan and execute content for email, social media, paid ads, landing pages, and website marketing to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Optimize copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for maximum impact across platforms.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven improvements to refine content performance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai) to assist in content creation, idea generation, and optimization while ensuring originality, clarity, and brand consistency.
Webinar, Event & Educational Content
- Manage promotional content for live and on-demand webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual events across multiple channels.
- Assist with developing and promoting lead magnets such as ebooks to support content-driven lead generation.
Paid Advertising & Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with the paid advertising team to develop high-converting ad copy, headlines, and visuals for Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize landing page messaging and content funnels to increase conversions from paid campaigns.
- Continuously test ad creative, copy, and audience targeting to improve performance and ROI.
Website & SEO Content
- Develop and refine website content to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and improve organic traffic.
- Optimize landing pages, blog posts, and educational resources for search visibility and conversion.
- Leverage analytics and A/B testing to make data-driven improvements to website content.
- Develop and optimize SEO-driven content, including blog articles, landing pages, and educational resources, to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to create high-quality, informative blog articles that position Anderson Business Advisors as a thought leader in tax, asset protection, and estate planning for real estate investors and business owners.

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with SEO principles, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
