Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care for trees, shrubs, turf, and weed management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Work independently while managing daily service schedules
- Operate and maintain plant healthcare equipment
- Diagnose and treat plant health issues with precision and expertise
- Other tasks, responsibilities, and duties as necessary to advance the company's objectives
Requirements:
- Certified in 3A, 3B, and 6 (Michigan pesticide applicator certifications)
- Strong customer management experience
- Mechanically inclined (able to troubleshoot and maintain equipment)
- Chauffeur’s License
- MDOT Medical Card
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits:
