What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Business To Business Logistics?
Business To Business Logistics is growing. We are looking for a customer service associate to help with our operation. As an up and coming 3pl in the logistics industry you can get in on the ground floor of growth and be an integral part to the success of Business To Business Logistics. This is an entry level position, but can lead to further advancements in the transportation field.
The founding owners have over 25 combined years of logistics experience from the warehouse level to managerial positions. We are a young company that strives to provide excellent service to our customers and increase the efficiencies of our partner carriers. Our core belief is in the long sale and we maintain long multi-year relationships with the vast majority of our customers.
Eligible employees should possess the following qualities
· Able to multi task in the handling of multiple calls with varying degrees of needs at all times.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Strong understanding of a TMS system, along with posting boards and Microsoft Office.
· The ability to stay in touch outside your normal office environment. (IE smart phones or tablets)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
