What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Butler Brew Works LLC?
Butler Brew Works is seeking servers/bartenders to join our team in delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. We have an exciting lineup of beers, ciders, cocktails, and wines that you will be responsible for serving in addition to a fantastic food menu. We always welcome input, so a creative mind is a plus. We will educate you on the brewing process and as new beers are released, we will train you on the details so you can properly and confidently explain them to our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working both serving and bartending shifts
- Greeting guests in a timely and professional manner
- Learning to make unique craft cocktails to recipe
- Properly pouring draft beers
- Serve drinks and food to your guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Explain beer styles, brewing process, etc.
- Be polite, carry conversation, and ensure customer satisfaction
The pub can be a fast-paced and challenging environment. Servers/bartenders will need to be able to multitask and handle the pressure of a high level of standards with a positive attitude. Prior serving experience is preferred, but not essential. An in-depth knowledge of craft beer is also a plus. RAMP certification is preferred, but not required to apply.
