Campus Manager - LEAD Day Porter

We are hiring a full-time Campus Manager/Lead Day Porter for our Tioga location.

The shift is Sunday through Thursday, 5pm to 1:30am, off Friday and Saturday = 40 hours a week

A full time Campus Manager/Lead Day Porter preforms cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with the customer
• Work alongside the cleaning team cleaning
• Over see a cleaning crew in assigned facility
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs
• Scrubbing sinks, toilets, and fixtures in restroom facilities
• Toilet scrubbing
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean sinks, counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
• Weekly submittal of customer facility checklist
• Wiping walls, dusting, wiping down offices, desks, and furniture
• Cleaning windows, windowsills, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals
• Wear assigned Butler Industries clothing while on shift or with a customer
• Report needs for cleaning supplies as necessary
• Must be able to work well independently and as a team
• Use cleaning equipment: a floor machine, vacuum, carpet cleaner, deck scrubber or push broom
• Conduct heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
• Submit weekly checklist to Operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations

You must:

• Live locally in Tioga, NM, or the surrounding area.
• You must have a valid driver's license
• You must have your own transportation to get to the shift daily.
• Must be able to work well independently and as a team.
• Must be drug free and pass a drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
