Summary of Position:
The School Based Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned case managers, supporting
the day-to-day operations, tracking performance of assigned staff, and supporting continuous
improvement related to service delivery. The School Based Supervisor works closely with the Program
Manager to report and to resolve complex issues and works with the assigned staff to ensure
compliance of all program protocols. This position must be filled by a dedicated individual who is social
justice oriented, a team player, and committed to working alongside families towards their growth.
Principle Duties:
Maintain a caseload Caseload will be no more than 6 as to allow space to cover for
case managers as needed.
Set up an initial appointment to introduce treatment plan and new client orientation.
Provide direct supervision to assigned case managers.
Support case managers with maintaining case notes, case plans and all other required
documentation.
Interview and hire new case managers.
Facilitate weekly and monthly team meetings.
Monitor case manager productivity, schedule, and time clock entries.
Prepare and submit performance management reports.
Monitor card transactions of case managers.
Respond to client related emergencies.
Works with Program Manager and School Resource Coordinator to maintain a person-centered, trauma-informed team culture.
Engage with clients while they are on the waiting list for an assigned Case Manager.

Work with the Program Manager to ensure clients are assigned to Case Managers.
Complete 15 hours of administrative time in the office each week.
Act as a liaison, client advocate, and coordinator among those involved with the
client's care.
Contact clients to ensure service is being provided to the standard of Butterfly Support
Services.
Attend team meetings, case conferencing and all-staff meetings.
Participate in on-going training and professional development opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
