Inside Sales Representative, Call Centre

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will set online and at-home appointments via outbound calls.

Day-to-day: Your main priority will be to use your persuasive sales skills to set home remodelling appointments over the phone. This position is a great opportunity to develop your outbound sales expertise.

This is a fully in-office position at our hub in American Fork, Utah.

What you will do:

• Turn phone calls into high quality appointments for our home remodeling clients
• Manage a high-volume mix of outbound calls
• Maintain meticulous records for appointment set in our internal systems
• Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls

Who you are and what makes you qualified:

• Experience in a sales support or customer service role particularly cold calling.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent soft skills, including top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Driven to achieve performance targets, results-oriented
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
