This position is remotely based in CST or EST time zones, with anticipated travel 1-2 times per month. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between the company and Mid-to-Top level clients, ensuring positive and professional client experience. This forward-facing role focuses on maintaining and growing client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Account Executives report directly to the Sr. Director of Client Relations or Sr. Manager of Client Relations.
Your impact:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to retain and grow business
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, Account Executives, and leadership
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requests and demands are met promptly
- Act as the client’s advocate within the company, resolving issues with urgency and ensuring consistent improvement
- Provide clients with comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Approach all projects and tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Delegate tasks effectively to the appropriate internal departments
About you:
- 2-4 years of related experience in the produce industry
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Understanding client needs and being a dependable point of contact
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Active listening to understand and address client concerns
- Analyzing issues and offering strategic solutions that meet both client and company goals
- Managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activities
- Understanding market trends and client-specific data to drive strategic decisions
- Utilizing reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement
