BVW Property Management is a rapidly expanding property management company serving West Michigan, managing thousands of properties across the region.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our accounting team. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of condominium and homeowner associations, ensuring efficient financial management and delivering exceptional service with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Prepare bank deposits and enter data
- Manage accounts receivable, including delinquent accounts
- Process accounts payable and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Coordinate closing documentation
- Bill clients, scan documents, and maintain vendor files (W9, COI)
- Analyze and distribute financial reports, and assist with budgeting
- Coordinate various administrative and accounting projects as needed
- *Assignments will reflect expertise of staff*
Qualifications:
- Proven accounting experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Business applications
- Property management software knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
Location: This position is based in Holland, Michigan, supporting properties across the region.

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
