What You Will Do:
- Deliver world-class hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
- Guide guests through our beer, food, and expanding wine offerings, recommending pairings.
- Take orders, deliver meals, and provide attentive, seamless service.
- Upsell beer, wine, and to-go products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space.
- Process orders and payments efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
- Set and reset the restaurant and service areas as needed.
- Ensure table maintenance and cleanliness.
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality-driven – you create experiences, not just serve tables.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Professional, polished, and proactive in service.
- Strong team player who jumps in wherever needed.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 18 with restaurant experience (preferred but not required).
- Excitement for craft beer/wine with a basic understanding of styles and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay proactive under pressure.
- Works efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
