Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or remote access.
- Check equipment remotely for malfunctions and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions.
- Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a current DISA IAT level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security CE or equivalent) and at least 3-4 years of experience. A High School diploma plus advanced training is also required.
