Responsibilities
Call Center
- Deliver exceptional client service by answering high-volume of incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring each client feels valued and attended to.
- Coordinate beauty service appointments, including hairstyling, lash treatments, facials, and botox, optimizing schedules to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Guide clients through our boutique offerings, providing detailed information on product availability, pricing, and style recommendations, while processing payments seamlessly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and grace, ensuring satisfaction through personalized solutions that align with our brand’s high standards.
- Anticipate client needs by following up to confirm bookings, inform them of new arrivals or services, and provide tailored recommendations that enhance their experience.
Boutique & Product Support
- Curate personalized shopping experiences by offering expert advice on clothing, accessories, and jewelry, aligning selections with the client’s style, occasion, and personal preferences.
- Foster an elevated luxury shopping environment by ensuring each client interaction is seamless, sophisticated, and reflective of our brand’s commitment to excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that merchandise is well-organized, accurately displayed, and always available to meet client demand.
- Execute boutique-related errands and requests with agility and discretion, ensuring that each task contributes to a flawless customer experience.
Salon & Spa Scheduling
- Maximize appointment scheduling efficiency by utilizing our system to book salon and spa services, optimizing both client satisfaction and provider availability.
- Collaborate with the beauty team to accommodate special requests, address last-minute changes, and ensure a seamless service experience for each client.
- Recommend personalized beauty services, guiding clients through our offerings with expert knowledge and an intuitive understanding of their needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Elevate client experiences by proactively anticipating their needs and delivering thoughtful, personalized service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Champion the By Maxwell brand by fostering lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected to our world of luxury and elegance.
- Maintain meticulous client records, preferences, and purchase histories, ensuring that each interaction feels personalized, informed, and tailored to their individual style.
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury retail or high-end service environment, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems, point-of-sale tools, and customer management software; experience with luxury retail systems is a plus.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
- This role is based at our By Maxwell Boutique & Beauty Salon location, with a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
- Standard schedule for this role are Monday to Saturday, 10AM - 7PM CST (Tuesdays & Sundays off), with occasional flexibility required for special events, promotions, or ad-hoc tasks.
- Some tasks may involve running errands or assisting with salon-related needs, which could require time outside of traditional office duties.
- The role may involve standing for extended periods, managing multiple tasks at once, and working closely with both the fashion boutique and beauty salon teams.
