Our firm is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Director of Operations and General Manager and assist them with their tasks on a daily basis.
Duties include:
- Creating and Filing Reports
- Facilitating Material and Supply Requests
- Vehicle Fleet Management
- Assist with IT and cellphone issues that arise.
- Assist in managing daily work-flow.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with computers, including hardware and microsoft suite of programs
- Working knowledge of vehicles preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Experience in Pest Control a bonus!
