Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented critical thinker for our Client Services team. The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) will help us grow our client's reputation in the market and meet defined goals. The CSC's responsibilities include analyzing consumer insights, crafting plans for our clientele and developing guidelines to promote client success across various channels. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with brand management and a willingness to learn about various industries. You must also enjoy working directly with clients and being their thought-partner. The CSC will work closely with the creative and content teams to execute deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate marketing strategies and plans for clients in various fields.
- Consistent and timely communication with assigned accounts, with a good understanding of their overall satisfaction and potential areas for improvement through regular emails, phone calls, and appointments.
- Communicate effectively between the agency and clients. Work with internal team to execute and manage campaign to completion.
- Coordinate projects (graphic design, copywriting, animations etc.) for existing and new clients.
- Effective time/progress tracking of projects and consistent delivery of projects within the expected scope.
- Participate in client/discovery meetings and propose solutions to complex business, branding and marketing challenges.
- Partner with peers to help coordinate media buys with various media outlets for both traditional and digital advertising.
- Use client contact software to maintain detailed digital files documenting all contacts with each prospect, including mailings, calls, appointments and correspondence; record all research, reports, sales information or other materials used or created for use in selling the agency to each prospect.
- Assist with retainer contract management
Qualifications:
- Branding, marketing, communication, web design, SEO, digital and traditional marketing experience preferred. A qualified candidate will have experience talking with clients and explaining these services.
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self motivated to grow a book of business
- Eager to get out and make new connections
