Job Title: Field Construction Superintendent

Location: Marietta, PA

Project Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $50/hr-$65/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

· This resource will be supporting the Construction PM.

· Looking for a 6-9 yr Field/Construction Supervisor to work under the current Project Manager.

· The consultant will make sure the ongoing field construction activities will not affect the site’s production. i.e. if moving a crane in, will it affect any other activities.

· Responsible for day-to-day safety management of construction and demolition.

· Will report to PM and ensure all activities are safe, operable, maintainable, design, cost, and schedule aspects of the project.

· Looking for a mid-level resource who knows how to manage construction safety and accident risks at an industrial plant site, GMP is not required.

· Candidates should be well versed in OSHA 30

· Resource should have experience around permits, JSA’s, and dealing with vendors.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Safety Breach Meetings
2. Provide construction safety oversight to all personnel
3. Issue Permits to work
4. Manage KPI's for construction performance (hours worked, report incidents, number of permits released, ensure proper PPE)

5. Lead Job Safety Analysis
6. Hazard Analysis

W2 position – only US Citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates with EADs, OPT need apply (no C2C).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• day-to-day safety management of construction and demolition: 5 years (Required)
• manage construction safety and accident risks at site: 5 years (Required)
• Field/Construction Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
• permits, OSHA 30, JSA’s: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:
