C.A.R.S. is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative / Front Office Person for our collision repair facility located in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are excited to find someone new to add to our team!
Job Description
- Greet customers, answer phones and schedule appointments
- Inspect, photograph, check-in vehicles
- Track vehicles and maintain customer computer files
- Communicate with customers throughout repair process
- Work with insurance companies
- Collect customer/insurance payments
- General clerical duties including filing, scanning
- Assist with ordering and receiving parts and supplies
- Assist with preparing estimates and supplements
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
- Assist with shuttling of vehicles and clients
- Paid training
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity levels
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficient in use of computer systems (ms office), printers, copiers, scanners
- Must have a Driver’s License
- Knowledge of collision repair & estimate writing a plus, but not necessary

Pay: $18-$22 per hour plus paid holidays, vacation pay, health insurance, and health membership
