Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn / Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi.

Compensation: $18/hr. and up DOE and/or Formal Training

Required Skills/Knowledge:
- On time daily and good attendance
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Mechanically inclined
- Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willing to learn
- Follow all quality procedures
- Shift: 3rd Shift | 8 Hour shifts – Monday through Friday | Overtime Optional
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
- Multi- tasking without sacrificing quality
- Strong teamwork
- Familiar with Keyence machines (programming a plus) and ECAD
- Experience with medical implants and instruments
- Experience of floor audits and shop flow
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 40 lbs
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- 20/20 vision with correction
