Your Day-to-Day :
Conduct discovery calls with business owners and executives seeking capital, understanding their growth objectives and pain points.
Present tailored solutions using CÌAAN’s proven 7-step capital-raising framework.
Close high-value deals with qualified prospects, hitting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the SDR team for warm leads and scheduled meetings.
Manage a pipeline of active opportunities, forecasting revenue accurately and consistently.
Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our services.
Document and track activities using our CRM to ensure pipeline health.
What You’ve Already Done :
Closed deals in previous roles as an Account Executive.
Consistently hit or exceeded revenue targets.
Negotiated high-value contracts, presented solutions, and closed complex deals.
Built strong client relationships through trust, problem-solving, and value-driven sales.
Worked in fast-paced environments with results-driven performance metrics.
Preferred (But Not Required) :
Experience in finance, capital markets, or investment-related industries.
What We Expect :
Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexibility for reasonable overtime when needed).
Participation in daily training and feedback sessions.
Active engagement in TimeDoctor tracking to ensure accountability and transparency.
Baseline performance expectation of 15 sales per month and $375K in monthly revenue.
