Position Overview: As an Account Executive at CÌAAN, you will be responsible for closing deals with qualified prospects and driving revenue growth. You will engage with business owners and executives who are seeking capital, present our value proposition effectively, and close high-value deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to potential clients
- Close high-value deals with qualified prospects
- Collaborate with the SDR team to follow up on warm leads and scheduled calls
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and forecast sales performance
- Accurately document activities and outcomes in the CRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account executive role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the finance or investment sector is a plus
Compensation:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $250,000 USD per year
- Uncapped commission
