We’re looking for a Remote Property Manager to lead a small pod of specialists, including our Field Operations Team, who handle showings, inspections, and on-the-ground tasks. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee a Pod of Specialists – Manage and coordinate a team of Field Operations professionals who handle property showings and inspections.
- Own the Client Experience – Deliver top-tier service to property owners, ensuring smooth operations and maximum property performance.
- Leasing & Tenant Management – Oversee tenant move-ins/move-outs, lease negotiations, applications, and security deposits.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Quickly address tenant concerns while maintaining high property standards.
- Market & Optimize – Research rental trends, assist in marketing strategies, and ensure properties are priced competitively.
- Operational Oversight – Manage vendor relationships, budgets, rent collections, accounts payable, and property upkeep—all remotely.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience and knowledge of industry laws & processes.
- Leadership experience or ability to manage a small team remotely.
- Self-starter mentality – you take initiative and own your responsibilities.
