Job Summary

This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients to facilitate collaboration and ensure project alignment with business objectives. This role oversees the planning, budgeting, and execution of commercial construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality work and safety compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and governmental agencies.
- Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, local codes, and regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and construction project management tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software programs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging deadlines.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Estimating or construction-related certifications (e.g., AACE, ASPE, or similar).
