Overview
This job is a seasonal job. Job starts Middle of August and ends in the middle of November of each year. We are looking for someone that has skills with inputting data for an almond huller. The job would be located at the scale house were you will receive scale tickets then accurately input the info provided into the program on the computer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist with medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and record keeping (if applicable).
- Collaborate with vendors for supplies and services; manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
