What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at C&GG Beads Inc.?
Responsibilities:
-You will be working with Japanese glass crafting beads in various shapes and sizes.
-Inputting, pulling, processing and shipping customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
-Customer service, conducting customer correspondence throughout the day, filing, cleaning, stocking, product packaging, as well as other duties as assigned.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-This is a drug free workplace with random drug testing.
Experience:
- Must have 3 years of previous experience in a customer service setting.
- Will need strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
Skills:
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform detailed work in a methodical, independent, and thorough manner with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to use basic math skills (counting, addition and subtraction).
-Ability to read labels, tickets, and other printed documentation accurately.
- Ability to ensure accurate processing of orders to customers.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl on a daily basis. This is a physically demanding job.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain good attendance and the ability to maintain punctuality.
