Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone and in person in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Process financing applications and correlate payment terms with cash breakdown, cross-referencing finance tracking sheets.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services.
- Assist other members of the customer service team as needed.
- Collect payments and address billing concerns.
- Complete weekly audits.
- Review sales orders to ensure accurate products are ordered.
- File sales orders and invoices.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department and take phone messages.
- Prepare accessories for customers to take with them.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
