Roofing / Siding Sales Consultant
C&L Ward, an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Roofing/Siding Contractor, is looking for a self-motivated and outgoing sales professional to join our in-home sales team specializing in roofing and siding systems. We offer medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, company vehicle, gas card, and a 401k plus company match. You won’t have to cold call a single person. You will be trained to give a proven sales presentation to pre-qualified leads that are looking for the products we sell. As a full-time In-Home Sales Consultant, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
- Delivery of interactive sales presentations on products and services to decision makers.
- Diligent follow-up and communication with your prospective clients
- Participation in ongoing sales training and individual coaching on a weekly basis
- Team building and mentorship

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (Commission)
Required Education and Experience
- Highly developed interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Must be coachable
- Basic knowledge of the home improvement industry – Required

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
Schedule:
Monday- Friday up to 3 appointments per day (10am, 2pm, and 5pm or 6pm) Saturdays up to 2 appointments (10am and 2pm)
