We are expanding and looking for Field Sales Specialists who would be responsible for being the liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, and our in-house contracting team. We are seeking dependable, professional and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting. The right candidate will be responsible for organizing the project profile in the CRM. This allows us to continue our growth as a company and increase our company workflow and volume.
Main responsibilities of a Field Sales Specialist:
- Responsible for setting the initial appointment at clients home via neighborhood canvassing
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients to promote services through neighborhood canvassing
- Extremely comfortable with ladders and being on roofs
- Advocating on clients behalf with the insurance adjuster due to storm damage
- Performing roof inspections
- Managing customer profile and CRM efficiently
- Collecting deposits and final checks from clients to ensure job completion and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year in door to door sales OR 1 year in residential roofing
- Task master and Detail oriented (organized)
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals, drive revenue growth, and handle customer objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Love working with customers face to face
- Ability to work quickly and multi task
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to work with different styles of people and effectively build rapport
