Position Overview

As an Associate Analyst you will manage the store order transmission schedules and the warehouse delivery schedules. The Associate Analyst will be the OMI, TCI HQ, Category Analyzer, Docuware, PlanetPress, and Bartender administrator and will research all functional issues related to these applications. The Associate Analyst will manage and create store reset batches and tag requests. The Associate Analyst will also create and modify all IT documentation.
Job Description
Full Time, On-Site Role
Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081
You will contribute by:
Managing processing transmission delivery schedules during the holiday seasons, special occasions, and new store setups when changes are needed.
Providing support and research to end users for OMI application and TCI application.
Creating and processing all Store Reset Requests.
Generating reports using Category Analyzer data.
Capturing and setting up reports, administering for users, and providing end-user training for Docuware & Planetpress systems.
Creating shelf tag formats and providing Bartender Administrator integration for all stores.
We’re searching for candidates with:
High level of professionalism and initiative
Strong oral and written communications
Excellent problem solving skills
0-2 years experience in grocery retail, data management or other retail business is essential
Environment:
- Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
