About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in safeguarding national security by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating foreign intelligence threats. As a CI Analyst, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess risks, develop strategies, and protect sensitive information and systems. This is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CI analysis to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and trends related to foreign intelligence entities.
- Develop actionable intelligence reports and briefings for senior leadership and operational teams.
- Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and intelligence community entities to share insights and improve CI efforts.
- Perform risk assessments, including supply chain risk management and insider threat identification.
- Utilize intelligence tools such as Palantir, Maltego, and Analyst's Notebook for comprehensive data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Executive Orders (e.g., EO 13526, EO 13587) and Intelligence Community Directives (e.g., ICD 700, ICD 750).
- Support CI activities aligned with Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) initiatives to mitigate foreign collection threats.
- Maintain adherence to legal, ethical, and privacy standards in collecting, retaining, and disseminating intelligence.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or relevant experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or a related field.
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Proficiency with intelligence tools and software (e.g., Palantir, Maltego, Analyst's Notebook).
- Strong understanding of national and international counterintelligence policies and frameworks (e.g., ICD-700, EO 12333, Counterintelligence Enhancement Act of 2002).
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information concisely.
Preferred:
- Certifications in cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, or related fields (e.g., CEH, CISM, or CISA).
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and FedRAMP compliance.
- Experience in drafting Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) or similar risk mitigation plans.
