The Department

The Golf group specializes in helping corporations leverage the power and reach of golf through sponsorship and brand activation, primarily through events, VIP hospitality, players and media relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to grow within a team.  

The Role

CAA Golf is seeking a part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) team member responsible for paying invoices and managing the procurement card.  This person will support across the department working closely with the different client teams providing a great opportunity to be fully immersed with all CAA Golf account teams.

Responsibilities:

• Track all procurement card expenses; code charges and reconcile monthly reports in Concur

• Allocate FedEx billing for the department

• Manage Golf AP email inbox for payment requests and inquiries

• Pay invoices via P Card or Check / Wire request

• Provide additional support and assist with special projects as needed

• Opportunity to assist account teams with budget reconciliation, forecasting, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in AP/AR

• Familiarity with expense management systems; Concur experience a plus

• High level organization skills

• Support and service mentality

• Timely and professional communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience

Location

This role will be based out of the Jacksonville, FL office.

Compensation:

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00 - 27.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
